How does hybrid training work?
Our approach combines online and in-person training to give you the best of both worlds! Our unique hybrid model feels like one-on-one support found in a small group studio setting.
In person, in addition to your customized program you still get hands-on support. Just not a trainer with you every minute of your session. Even better, you can take your work out program with you anywhere. At our studio. In your neighborhood. A hotel when on vacation. The hybrid approach works!

Can I start with personal training, then move to hybrid when ready?
That's why we call it personal training - there’s no single model that works best for every body. Start with more one-on-one support with a personal trainer, then use our hybrid model to workout on your own. Don’t worry, your trainer will still be there to help guide you and make sure you reach your goals!
Can I take my workout anywhere?
Absolutely. We have a studio app that gives you access to your custom fitness plan anytime, anywhere.
Depending on your goals you may need other equipment than what we have here at our studio gym and that’s another reason we create a program that can follow you anywhere you want to Get F.I.T.!
I’m getting back into working out after an injury. Can you create a program for me?
Paul Sestilio is passionate about functional fitness. He combines the science and breakthrough methodology of the Functional Movement System Screening process that is typically reserved as a tool for Physical Therapists, athletic trainers, and other sports medicine specialists. Get F.I.T. uses this screening to assess how your body is moving and performing. Our certified personal trainers can build a rehab fitness program that suits your unique needs as you get out of physical therapy and back into the gym.
